With this accommodation, you'll experience something that's often hard to find in many 5-star hotels and resorts: peace and tranquility.
The location is somewhat remote, nestled in a rural area, but it has excellent connectivity. It's close to Zadar, and within a 2-hour drive, you can reach two stunning natural parks or bustling cities brimming with history and entertainment.
Nevertheless, everything you need is right at your doorstep: numerous serene, beautiful beaches (both sandy and rocky), cozy restaurants, walking trails.
The property mirrors what you see in the pictures – well-maintained, equipped with new appliances, quite clean, and even has an incredibly friendly dog to greet you :)
The hosts are equally warm and welcoming.
The owner has made thoughtful investments in seemingly simple amenities, which I genuinely appreciated:
- High-quality water at the kitchen sink, suitable for drinking
- Pool water is chlorine-free
- Indoor fresh and crisp air, thanks to innovative air conditioning.
As you might guess, these simple things like air, water and peace of mind are quite important, nevertheless often overlooked by many :).
I wholeheartedly recommend this location for people who work remotely (thanks to the excellent internet connection) or for anyone seeking a peaceful seaside retreat.

Das Aparthotel Dalmacija in Privlaka ist zweifellos ein Juwel an der kroatischen Küste. Die atemberaubende Umgebung dieses Hotels bietet die perfekte Kulisse für einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub.
Ich persönlich habe bereits das zweite Mal hier eingecheckt, und ich muss sagen, es übertrifft meine Erwartungen jedes Mal. Besonders in den Monaten September und Oktober blüht diese Region regelrecht auf. Das Wetter ist immer noch angenehm warm, die Touristenmassen haben sich gelichtet, und die Atmosphäre ist ruhig und entspannt.
Die malerischen Strände in der Nähe des Aparthotels sind ein Traum. Das kristallklare Wasser des Adria-Meeres lädt zum Schwimmen und Schnorcheln ein, während die umliegende Natur zu ausgedehnten Spaziergängen und Radtouren einlädt.
Die Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels selbst sind ebenfalls hervorragend. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und gut ausgestattet.
Wenn Sie nach einem Ort suchen, um dem Alltagsstress zu entfliehen und die Schönheit der Adriaküste zu genießen, dann kann ich das Aparthotel Dalmacija in Privlaka wärmstens empfehlen. September und Oktober sind meiner Meinung nach die besten Monate, um diesen versteckten Schatz zu erkunden.

We hebben het zo fijn gehad bij Sanja en Harald, hele gastrvrije mensen met een zorgzaam karakter. Hele mooie apartementen die echt zijn ingericht op gemak en modere uitstraling.
De huishond Bella heeft ook mijn hard verovert en miste ik al toen ik de deur uit liep. Alles is netjes verzorgd en als je wat nodig hebt kun je het altijd vragen.
Kortom, wij gaan zeker terug.

Wunderschöne und sehr saubere Unterkunft, dass Frühstück war sehr gut und die Lage auch perfekt. Das Meer erreicht man zu Fuß in 2 Minuten und mit dem Auto kommt man innerhalb von 30 Minuten auch zu sehr schöne Strände und in die Stadt. Werden auf jedenfall wiederkommen.

We really enjoyed staying at Sanja and Harald's place. Everything is BRAND NEW. It was just recently built and with extremely high quality. Sanja is a sweetheart and very responsive. We would highly recommend Sanja's place.
